• Comprehension of contracts: Production Sharing Agreements (PSA), Joint Ventures (JV), and

Day 2
Midstream Regulation
• Regulation of pipelines, storage facilities, and transportation
• Pipeline integrity management and safety standards
• Monitoring and regulating crude oil and natural gas transportation
• Emergency response planning for midstream incidents
Downstream Regulation
• Refining operations: safety, emissions, and product quality standards. Regulation of fuel storage and

Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Regulations
• Implementing HSE policies and standards, conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA),

Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement
